I bought a very beautiful and quite tasty strawberry tart, but the price was very high... I then tried the Basque cake, which was very disappointing. It wasn't a Basque cake at all; it was filled with tasteless, cloying pastry cream. A mixed experience at this bakery.

I visited this bakery and was disappointed by the service I received. However, the products themselves are truly excellent, fresh, and high-quality. I was served by a staff member who seemed unfriendly and inattentive. There was a misunderstanding when I placed my order, and I felt like my word was being questioned, which was quite unpleasant. The interaction also made me feel like I was bothering them, especially when they asked if I was finished when I hadn't. On the other hand, I want to emphasize that I regularly come early in the morning, and the service from the two saleswomen is always very pleasant. They are smiling, friendly, and create a pleasant atmosphere that makes you want to return. If I were to rate their service alone, it would undoubtedly be 5 stars. Therefore, I'm giving it 3 stars because the service needs improvement, and that's a crucial point for me.
