What a pleasure to enjoy a good, comforting Pho soup. The broth is very well balanced, generous in fresh herbs, sliced pieces of beef and of very good quality.
The bo bun is also very good and the meat is grilled to perfection. I highly recommend.
The dishes were good, the flavors very present. On the other hand, the pho soup is really small, disappointed on this point.
The restaurant was also too dark for me.
I still had a good time and I recommend this good little restaurant.
Very good restaurant, comfortable, impeccable. The decoration is sophisticated, very fine and soothing even in the toilets which are immaculately clean which is essential and should constitute a model for many restaurants which are too often of questionable cleanliness in Paris.

One of my very good addresses where I am never disappointed! All the subtlety of Vietnamese cuisine is found on the plate. The Pho broth is magnificent, the bobun distills the flavors of fresh herbs, the fried foods are light... everything is perfectly orchestrated and the owner is on top!
