Nice little shop right at the beginning of Rue du Marché, near the walls. Local products (pains d'épices, kougelhopf, macarons) at good prices. We took a sweet kougelhopf (there is also a savory version), very spectacular, but not very sweet: I imagined a very buttery product and I was disappointed. However, the place is worth it.

I had the opportunity to taste several products from Maison Alsacienne de Biscuiterie, and I am delighted to share my experience. The kouglof is absolutely delicious, unanimously appreciated when tasting it. The welcome in the various stores is always warm, with smiling and friendly staff. Classic champagne and lemon macarons, as well as traditional passion fruit macarons are my favorites. The diabetic cookies were also a hit, and I'm grateful for the good advice I received. The nougats were a bit ordinary, but I haven't tasted the chocolate yet. However, among all the Alsatian pastries I have tried, the Maison Alsacienne de Biscuiterie is undoubtedly the best. Each visit is a real joy, especially thanks to the charming welcome and the tasting of coconut macaroons offered by the staff. I will return as soon as possible to this charming biscuit factory!

Bel negozietto proprio all'inizio di Rue du Marché, vicino alle mura. Prodotti locali (pains d'épices, kougelhopf, macarons) a buoni prezzi. Noi abbiamo preso un kougelhopf dolce (c'è anche la versione salata), molto scenografico, ma poco dolce: mi immaginavo un prodotto molto burroso e sono rimasto deluso. Il posto comunque merita.

24/09/2024: Everything was perfect, the room, the meal, the service, the spa. We had a very good weekend and recommend the place
24/09/2024: one night stay with day at yonaguni spa the next day. beautiful establishment, warm and cordial welcome. fairly small room, overcrowded decor, narrow bathroom and glass door leaving little privacy to go to the toilet. the spa included in the hotel is limited. pretty swimming pool, some saunas and hammam, nice decoration. the tour is completed in one hour. we left the space because of the high level of chlorine in the water and air, severely irritating our eyes and respiratory tract. aperitif at the hotel bar in a beautiful atmosphere, cozy and warm space, pleasant and very professional waiters. meal in the small Alsatian room near the entrance. server alone to ensure the entire room having to manage the orders, the service and the dishes. the dishes were excellent but the sequence was extremely fast leaving little time to digest a few minutes…. day at yonaguni spa the next day: it’s very beautiful, modern, a bit cold in the atmosphere. the large indoor swimming pool is only equipped with a few jets all around it. It’s a shame it’s the only quiet place in the spa. the maze is extremely noisy, the jets fall on you, splash in your eyes and cause a deafening noise in the high corridors of the spa. once again the chlorine content was unbearable. After an hour again we had irritated eyes, a headache and we left the place feeling nauseous. the jamal sauna area is very good, the places are clean and pleasant. in conclusion: our first spa where we left the place after an hour each time and where we returned worse than when we arrived. we will not return there.
