A truly wonderful experience at La Maison Aribert. The cuisine was refined and expertly prepared, using high-quality ingredients and a beautiful balance of flavors. While prospecting in the Uriage area, I had to meet with Mr. Aribert, the shopkeeper. Upon arriving at the reception, I was greeted by a very friendly man! The place is magnificent!

An otherworldly tasting experience, a blend of woodland magic and preparations infused with the intoxicating aromas of nature. Plants, leaves, flowers, fish, seeds, secret sauces—everything is intimate, all the senses captivated by this enchanted house. Even the tasting room immerses guests in a spellbinding moment. And what a pleasure it is to visit the kitchens and chat with the head chef, the magician of flavors...

The service and the dishes are simply impeccable—you fully deserve your two stars, which isn't always the case elsewhere. Zero faults from start to finish. A special word for the chef, passionate and engaging, always present and attentive to each meal. And thank you also to the dining room manager, who provides impeccable service and always guides us toward excellent wines. We can trust him completely. His high standards really make the difference. Magnificent discovery! The accuracy of the dishes, the friendliness of the staff and the chef. Superb experience. One of the Michelin-starred restaurants that I have enjoyed the most.

The establishment is located in the heart of the mountains in a peaceful and green setting. The rooms are tastefully furnished and decorated. They don't have televisions, but they offer numerous books about the chef, nature, and gastronomy. They are clean and spacious. One small note, however: a light source for applying makeup would be welcome, as otherwise, it's a bit dark. The restaurant is a delight for the senses and the view. The large dining room is magnificent, with round wooden tables inviting sharing and intimacy. We had the privilege of dining at the chef's table in the kitchen, and it was an unforgettable experience. The team works calmly, with meticulous attention to detail. The chef is very approachable; he personally presents his dishes, and you can feel his passion for his region as he explains his products and his inspiration. We had the Hauts Plateaux menu and loved every bite. The flavors are incredibly delicate, and the flavors blend sublimely. Special mention to Jean-Charles the sommelier for his wise advice, his fine humor, his discretion and his human warmth, as well as for the rest of the staff who are always available without ever being oppressive. We will definitely be back!
