Dinner at the gourmet restaurant, an immersion in a mountain walk with the chef, everything is fine and cozy, as local as it is original, recommended food and wine pairing

A most pleasant lunch! We opted for the Alpine Trails. Very original cuisine, which combines many flavors, but which remains in the spirit of a gourmet dish, with large portions and lots of binder. Special mention for the bakery offer. The setting is also up to par: beautiful tables leaning against a large glass wall, through which we can see many birds coming to drink in the small stream that runs alongside the restaurant. As for the service, faultless.

Superb evening at the gourmet restaurant. The (many) dishes are surprising and very, very good. The staff is attentive and the chef takes the time to walk around the room.

Excellente expérience culinaire !! Un vrai régale avec des saveurs et mélanges inattendus mais extrêmement bon. J’adore le côté produit du jardin. Les cuisiniers allaient vraiment récupérer leur légumes dans le jardin derrière nous. Merci également pour la visite des cuisines et l’attention du chef Je reviendrai plutôt en famille la prochaine fois.

A suspended and timeless moment. A unique and quite new experience this evening at the chef's table A completely appreciable respect and work for regional products: the plants are simply sublimated and the combinations proposed are daring and tasty (real great discoveries, particularly thanks to the many aromatic herbs or flowers picked in the surrounding area) The cooking of the fish is extremely fair and highlights these local varieties that I didn't know (it's a change from the classics and it feels good!) A dance of flavors in multiple stages expertly orchestrated by a generous chef, loving to share his passion and very accessible. Congratulations to the entire young, dynamic and inspiring team. A special mention to the sommelier who was able to offer me charming wines. I recommend this restaurant if you are looking for cuisine bursting with passion, respect for the product and generosity. Very touched by the treat to take away because my grandmother made it for me when I was younger and it's not so common to find it: a real Proust madeleine :)

We went to Café A and it’s a very good restaurant! We were very well received and the service was very correct and fast! The servers who served us were very knowledgeable and attentive to our needs. The food was really good! The Sunday evening we went there, it was a unique menu and it was really surprising in a good way! The menu was pretty poorly pitched to us but it was really a great discovery! So do it again!
