Today, Monday, June 15, 2026, at noon, I had to leave the terrace of the Maison Bettant bakery where I had sat down to eat my sandwich and drink my two coffees. A customer sat down at the table next to mine to smoke... without asking, as expected... she filled me with smoke and poisoned me... I finished eating on a public bench surrounded by pigeons...

We just picked up a Number Cake for our granddaughter Théa's 2nd birthday, and we are absolutely thrilled! The cake is simply magnificent, made with great care and skill. The presentation is superb, far exceeding our expectations. A huge congratulations to the pastry chef for their work and creativity, as well as to the entire team for their warm welcome and professionalism. You can feel their passion and attention to detail. All that's left is to enjoy it, but just by looking at it, we already know it will help make this day even more special. Thank you to the whole team! 😊

Hearty pastries, the coffee tiramisu is best enjoyed slowly with chia seeds and coffee juice. The coffee beans are very good.

BETTANT is AMAZING!!! Whether it's the pastries, viennoiseries, or bread... everything is delicious, a feast for the eyes and the palate.... Want to treat your dear friends? Give them Bettant pastries.... I do that myself... and they're blown away... go for it.... I don't think Bettant needs any advertising, given how popular it is... but I just wanted to share my opinion...

A wonderful discovery made somewhat by chance… and what a surprise! The team is young, dynamic, and truly top-notch: fast, efficient, and always friendly service. The daily specials change very regularly and are often original, which makes you want to come back to discover the new creations. You can taste the homemade quality, and the fact that you can see into the kitchen seals the deal for anyone who might still be hesitant. It's a great place at any time of day: perfect for lunch when you're really hungry, but also ideal for a break during the day, whether it's over a good coffee in the winter or a refreshing drink in the summer. It has definitely become my go-to spot during my work weeks. The place is simple, unpretentious, but that's precisely what makes it so charming. Efficient, welcoming, and delicious… a place you'll happily return to again and again!
30/04/2026: Adequate for a city brasserie. It's a shame there's no children's menu. The quality of the wine by the glass could be better.

01/03/2026: We didn't eat because the kitchen is closed on Saturday at lunchtime, but the barmaid kindly welcomed us with our pizzas. A friendly welcome, quick service, and a pleasant atmosphere.
