Maison Carne sur Beziers

A belated review but one that I wanted to make after having an amazing family meal here in the summer. Starting with the food and wine, it is a simple concept but executed extremely well. Everything - the pate, steak, frites - was superb and relatively good value. The red wine (they measure how many quarts you've had and charge you at the end of the meal) was also excellent. Great atmosphere and friendly staff who indulged our poor attempts at French and all spoke English anyway. Highly recommended if you are looking for a good restaurent concept that is executed extremely well.

A wonderful and fantastic team! This restaurant is truly excellent for meat lovers. I come back often because everything is perfect and absolutely delicious. I would like to thank Mylène for her professionalism, and also Laura.

A very friendly restaurant in the heart of Béziers, right next to the Christmas market which gives a lovely atmosphere to this table. The rib was cooked perfectly, the fries were delicious, and the service from Gemma and Francky was very pleasant!

Live from the restaurant.... I arrived without a reservation.... Which is to say, without any hope. But! Deal! If I eat in 45 minutes, it's OK! I was warned and I accepted, not knowing when I'd be passing through again. So, the welcome was top-notch. The menu is clear; you don't come here by chance, as chance doesn't exist. I just asked for no fries. After traveling so much and eating out so much, fries are just too much... ugh... Here's my welcome pâté to tide me over. I'd told myself no, no.... but in the end, yes, yes, and I join who knows who else—we'd ask for more!! Then my rib of beef arrived, yes, mine, magnificent!! So much so that no photo can do it justice. The concept of wine by the centimeter is simply extraordinary, I've never seen anything like it, and this little Corbières paired perfectly! The cheese was a delight... The waitresses were lovely, smiling, approachable, and attentive to each customer. It makes you want to stay until the end of the evening... I have no regrets. I arrived with a 45-minute deal, and I'm still here two hours later thanks to customers who arrived later... And it's pure bliss!! Thank you team, I've noted an opening in Pau and I'll be keeping an eye out!! See you next time!

A butcher's shop where the prime rib steak is cooked to perfection and served with excellent sides, crispy fries, and a real green salad. Simple and delicious, that's all you need. Don't miss it!

Meat, meat, MEAT! 🥩🥩🥩🥩🥩🥩🥩 Here you have only one choose, a big chunk of steak GIGANTICO. To the biff steak you will be served a green salad with vinager, and choose between three different sauces, i took bearnaise sauce. 🥰 One portion is for two people, if you not are wery hungry. Reasonable price tag.
