Decent steak. Got in early and very fast service. Cooked exactly as ordered and if you like wine by the centilitre then you will this place. The chips were great!

Koselig restaurant mitt i sentrum av Beziers. Vi satt ute da det var lysshow i byen denne kvelden, så det var mye liv og røre. Kjøttet var nydelig, medium stekt og pommes frites var også god. Salaten var litt stusselig, kun noen salatblader og kunne gjerne vært litt mer, gjerne med tomater og løk. Ellers veldig god mat og deilig rødvin til. Her kommer vi nok gjerne igjen👍

Excellent value for money, whether for the prime rib which was cooked perfectly or for the children's menu which is 8 euros for truly top quality. We will return without hesitation

Great evening at Maison Carne! The concept is great: a huge prime rib to share, accompanied by fries and salad. A pure treat! The server was friendly but also super professional. We loved it and we will definitely come back!

Do you like meat 😋 and especially prime rib? You are in the right place 😉 Simple and effective concept! 👌 - 1 nice rib of beef for 2 (or alone 😜) - Fried salad 🍟🥗 - A magnum of wine 🍷 (you pay per centimeter consumed) - A good dessert 🤤 See you soon ! ✌️

If you want prime rib, this is the place to go. The concept is really nice, unique prime rib menu (alone or to share with 2), wine by the centimeter, varied cheese platter. Welcoming service, friendly atmosphere.

Excellent steak. They offer a 1kg cote de boeuf for either 1 or 2 people with fries and salad for €35. Nice wine as well sold by the 1cm for €1 but good value.

19/09/2024: Starters were only ok, I had the Iberian ham with E3 supplement nothing special. Mains were pollack and Plaice. Both of these were cooked very well and very tasty. As it got busier the service went down. The waiter clearly forgot to give us the menu for dessert. We got it about 15-20 mins later.The waiting staff did not seem to be over a specific area. Eventually we caught the eye of a passing waitress ( our 4th to serve) and ordered. We also asked for the more water that he forgot. Dessert was absolutely fabulous so bumped up from 3 to 4. Decided against another drink or coffee as not sure how long that would take.

01/10/2024: Warm and fast service, very well crafted and tasty cuisine: - chicken ballottine stuffed tomato/olive with delicious almond cream puree! 👌 - Tarte tatin for dessert, not very sweet, very good (suggestion: replace the vanilla ball with a quenelle of thick crème fraîche 😉) Very interesting value for money!
