The only Star in our beautiful city of Vichy and we are not going to make the Michelin Guides. It's very good cuisine and an unmissable address. No one would like it, even if the visit to the kitchens is planned for the Chef to be a little less "in his kitchen" and perhaps a little more available... if only for 2 minutes. In any case, we know this in other houses. However, this in no way takes away from its Auvergne prowess in making the best of local products.

very warm welcome, only lovely surprises with each dish offered, the service was perfect, efficient, discreet and smiling.
We really appreciated being able to greet the brigade in the kitchen.

What a lovely surprise!!! a very refined table my taste buds will not forget the tastes the colors the trompe l'oeil… a hearty dinner and yet a light night (and it's not the Vichy water😉) in a superb room the welcome, the delicate, attentive service and all this crowned by the visit to the kitchen and the work of the 3 chefs, the father and the boys, very moving!!! Thank you so much

Très bon, très créatif (un beau mélange de textures) et des innovations intéressantes.
Un personnel adorable et très serviable même si le démarrage a été un peu lent (mais le restaurant était plein). Ils viennent aussi vous proposer de rencontrer le Chef en cuisine, ce qui est vraiment intéressant.
