We got married on June 6, 2026, and chose Maison Demarcq for our reception. We are absolutely delighted. The meal perfectly reflected our tastes; Antoine truly understood what we wanted. The service was excellent, and the servers were incredibly dedicated to making our day truly special, all at a very reasonable price. We had lunch at Brasserie L'Éphémère. Our reservation was properly recorded, and we were seated immediately. The staff was friendly and attentive. The dishes were carefully prepared and reasonably priced. I enjoyed the lamb shank with coco beans on Easter Sunday. I recommend it.

09/03/2026: Thank you for your warm welcome! Everything was perfect. We had a short but incredibly pleasant stay! The hotel is charming and elegant. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The breakfast was excellent (fresh orange juice, scrambled eggs with bacon made to order, superb bread and pastries, etc.) with a lovely view of the garden. We will be back! P. & B. L. Eymery
