Maison Des Tanneurs offers an enjoyable l culinary journey, my standout dishes was escargot and French onion soup for appetizers. The le saumon cru marine, though fresh, had a slightly overly tart citrus sauce for my personal taste.
The duck breast in honey and spices was a highlight, perfectly prepared and bursting with flavor. Service was attentive throughout, enhancing the overall dining experience.
For sure a must visit.

The city's sauerkraut reference. The setting, the friendliness of the staff, the reasonable prices and of course the quality of the products... Everything is perfect. A wonderful time, remember to book....

Excellent restaurant to taste a real sauerkraut recommended by a local personality met unexpectedly and the mention of his name at reception allowed us to have a table even though the restaurant was full

We had a great time, much anticipated for my part. A very good choucroute in an Alsatian brasserie in Strasbourg was a goal of my small and humble life, and it is achieved.
Everything was good and the service lived up to the legend of these institutions. So good that the head waiter had no qualms about putting his servers back in place in front of everyone. That era seems to be over so it shocks me. I found the desserts a bit expensive too. Hence my 4 star rating.

Friendly welcome, pleasant atmosphere.
Competent restaurant management and friendly but not intrusive service. Starter: foie gras very good,
Escargot, on the other hand, was extremely herbal for us.
Main course: Veal kidneys were simply delicious!
