A huge thank you to Kim (if I'm not mistaken about her name), the saleswoman with the bun and hair clip. Despite the crowds in the store, she was remarkably kind and patient with us. Her smile is truly infectious, and she takes the time to say a few words to each customer, which is sadly becoming increasingly rare. It's so refreshing to encounter such a pleasant, professional, and warm person. A real ray of sunshine who made our visit even more enjoyable. Thank you to her for her kindness and hospitality.

Excellent service and I never tire of their delicious hot chocolate. As for the pastries, they're a real treat, plus you can enjoy them there and even charge your phone.
