22/03/2026: To celebrate the birth of my nephew, we ordered five couscous dishes from La Couscoussière, a restaurant renowned for its cuisine. While the dishes were indeed very good, that wasn't enough to make up for everything else… We paid for five couscous dishes, but only received four complete ones. After checking (including the meat), the fifth one was simply missing its portion… At €20–25 per dish, that's frankly unacceptable. We had also paid extra for semolina. When we called, the person on the phone was dismissive and condescending, simply stating that the cook had "generously" added more semolina… which we had already paid for, so thank you? But that's normal. Absolutely no customer service, no willingness to learn, and above all, no attempt at compensation. Furthermore, six pastries to take away were charged at €22.50, on top of the €125 already spent… again, no effort whatsoever, not even a token one. The promised invoice, sent after our call, was never delivered. It was therefore impossible to verify exactly what we were charged… Ultimately, the food was very good, but the customer service was deplorable… Mistakes can happen, but ignoring them with such blatant disregard is unacceptable. We will not be returning, nor will we recommend this establishment.

01/03/2026: The pizzas are very good, but it's impossible to reach them by phone to order. Either they don't answer, or the line is busy. I definitely don't recommend them for their customer service.

06/07/2025: A deplorable experience this morning. The person who took my payment was simply unpleasant, haughty, and disrespectful. Even before I had paid, she refused to change my order, claiming there were three people behind me... This is ridiculous for a place that's supposed to welcome customers with a smile, especially at breakfast time. Worse still: she behaved as if she were the owner of the place, speaking to me in an authoritarian and contemptuous tone, even going so far as to try to kick me out! This is unprecedented. If you're looking for a place to start the day in a calm and cheerful atmosphere, avoid this establishment. The other outlets in the Dosda chain have much more pleasant and professional staff.

29/06/2025: I push open the door full of hope, I come out with a sandwich dripping with mayo and a healthy dose of contempt to boot. • Product? Dry bread, sloppy filling, mayonnaise poured on like there's no tomorrow. • Service? Contemptuous looks, no listening, no politeness: I was almost made to feel like I was in the way in the queue. • Result? Ruined lunch, a sour mood, and the certainty that I won't set foot there again. When you call yourself an "artisan baker," the minimum you should do is respect the customer: a smile, a sincere "hello," and the ability to hear "not too much sauce, please." Here, none of that. Too bad, because a business that disregards its customers ends up losing them sooner or later. Bottom line: if you value your lunch break (and your nerves), move on.
