It's pretty good. But I've already eaten better.
Fair value for money.
Very good red wines at €20 on the menu.
Menus at fair prices.
The dishes are quite generous and the crème brûlée was very good.
The service was good.
We were lucky to be on the right side of the terrace where the waiter was smiling and smelling good.
There is one, unfortunately, who must have forgotten to put on deodorant. It was quite hard 😩

For the first time we attended the cassoulet festival on Saturday August 24, 2024.
Despite the many temptations to eat a cassoulet, we chose this establishment, we liked the atmosphere and we loved it.
Excellent organization despite the crowds, the staff seem to be having fun and enjoying themselves and the taste is there.
Hats off to the whole team, we were impressed.

This would no doubt be one of the better restaurants in Castelnaudary. We ended up visiting twice - and not for the Cassoulet! The Pork Spider was amazing as were the prawns and rice. The staff were really onto it, and most of them spoke English (I always hate to admit to that, as we are ones who should be speaking French !) Definitely the first stop for lunch or dinner. Great food, great staff. One of the best as far as we are concerned. Thanks for having us!
