Exceptional 👏 hot chocolate, but so much more! I've never tasted anything like it! You drink it with a spoon because it's so thick; add the homemade whipped cream and you're practically in paradise. I absolutely recommend it! Don't miss it at any price! The ice cream in summer is just as good! Cabourg, its beach, its casino, but 😋😋 above all, MAISON FLORIN!

Very good ice cream, generous scoops and plenty of choice despite the winter season. I chose vanilla and Norman shortbread ice cream. The only downside was the small and impractical wooden spoon (spatula).

A warm welcome from a gentleman (probably the manager). The ice cream is good and there's a wide variety of flavors (at least in the summer). It remains open even out of season.

Friendly welcome, very generous portions (I'm thinking in particular of the ice cream scoops) but the taste is only average, one can legitimately question the artisanal quality of the products.

The raspberry sorbet was excellent, and the crepes were too. The cashier wasn't particularly welcoming. The gentleman, however, was a bit more pleasant.
