Sans conteste le meilleur gâteau basque que vous pourrez manger, en tous points conforme à ceux de mon enfance. La charcuterie vaut également le détour. J’y ai acheté un chorizo piquant de tout premier choix. Des artisans qui respectent le produit et le client, qui frisent l’excellence sans pour autant pratiquer des prix déshonorants, ça existe encore !
