I was in this wonderful restaurant in August 2021, I forgot to write a little review.
A 3-star restaurant which well deserves it, on the one hand the kindness of the staff and on the other hand this fine gastronomy.
A little special mention for the gratinated and soufflé prawns.
The rice pudding is excellent and of course we must not forget their flaky bread.

We were guests in the restaurant, not in the hotel. It's unbelievable what the kitchen can achieve, even if three Michelin stars would suggest that.
Sensational, terrific, great service, even if the restaurant and the presentation are too staid.

Exceptional 3 Michelin star restaurant.
Kind and friendly staff, impeccable service, generous portions and one-of-a-kind flavors.
The wine tasting was also on par with the cuisine.
One of the most beautiful experiences in France.
We ate and drank with so much gusto!
For lovers of red driving it is a must!

What an experience it was! All dishes are perfectly executed and contain incredible flavors. Chef Pras is definitely one of the greatest in the country.
The service is friendly and efficient.
To top it off, we had the privilege of being invited into the kitchen at the end of the meal by the Chef. He appeared to be very friendly and very simple.
It’s an experience that every gourmet must do at least once in their life.

Extensive canapés in terms of quantity and taste; the foie gras lollipop was a great way to start. Their menu was all encompassing of burgundy’s finest foods, and from local producers. Great care taken to cook the rabbit three ways with two sauces; simply exceptional. Phenomenal wine list with old vintages and sensibly priced. Staff were helpful and very passionate.

Stayed over one night for a birthday dinner. Lovely rooms, luxurious touches and very comfortable. Fantastically welcoming and helpful staff. The tasting menu at dinner was wonderful and service at the table excellent. Really lovely stay.

Une belle maison avec un personnel d’un professionnalisme irréprochable. Hôtel agréable, une belle étape sur la route des vacances. Le restaurant 3* offre une bonne cuisine mais on est loin des 3*! Peu de recherche, des saveurs contenues. Voir nos autres avis sur d’autres restaurants découverts durant nos vacances qui offraient des prestations équivalentes ou supérieures ! Mérite 1* et 15-16 au Gault Millau
