No complaints about the meal, which was excellent as usual. However, we were very disappointed with the service. The waitress was unpleasant, and we got the impression she didn't appreciate us asking for a carafe of water instead of a €7 bottle of Vittel. The carafe was brought to us with a slamming of the hand on the table. Furthermore, we had ordered a country salad, which was served in the same manner, thrown onto the table without any care. It's a shame, because it marred what is usually a very positive experience.

A lovely place. The service was very slow, but apparently that rarely happens. Very good. The food is excellent, the dishes are refined, and the wines are beautifully presented.

La Maison des Vins is undoubtedly the best value-for-money restaurant in Mâcon, far surpassing the tourist traps. Perfect welcome, quality set menus at €25 with a choice of desserts from the à la carte menu, impeccable service – truly excellent, nothing negative to say. We highly recommend this establishment.
