I've known the Maison des Vins in Mâcon for a very long time and I know how prestigious it is. The food has always been excellent; the only drawback is the Lyonnaise or Beaujolais salad—your industrial croutons don't go well with the rest of the dish, which is a real shame. Everything else is perfect... congratulations!

We went on Friday evening for the €20 set menu. The food was decent for the price, but the service could have been warmer. The staff were a bit too pushy and formal, which prevented us from having a completely relaxed experience. Customers like to feel comfortable, and a more relaxed and friendly welcome would make the experience much better.

Good evening, I've known the prestigious Maison des Vins de Mâcon for a very long time. It's been 35 years since my last visit, and everything was very good. The only drawback, which is a real shame and which I think is unworthy of your establishment and of gastronomy in general, is the use of industrially produced croutons in your Lyonnaise salad. I know they're convenient, but in other, less prestigious restaurants, you can find better croutons. A word to the wise. Best of luck. Looking forward to hearing from you.

Our Sunday family meal was a complete success thanks to the warm welcome in a beautifully renovated and decorated setting, the friendliness and professionalism of our waitress, and the culinary talents of the team who delighted us: homemade foie gras, sweetbreads, and profiteroles for me. The restaurant also offers a wide selection of Burgundy wines at very reasonable prices. A lovely establishment that I highly recommend.

I brought a group (with my coach) there for lunch. The food was excellent, and the establishment has a very good reputation. Not disappointed at all. Nice atmosphere! Very pleasant and professional service! I recommend it! The Maconnaise waffle for dessert was excellent.
