This was my 2025 visit: The best vegetarian wrap in Grenoble. Really fresh and delicious. The service and atmosphere are very pleasant. Today, in July 2026: The experience was completely the opposite. I wanted to buy something to go at 6:45 pm (15 minutes before closing). The man spoke to me in a horrible tone; he was aggressive. I will never go back. 100% advise against it.

01/07/2026: The best McDonald's in the city center and in all the shopping centers in Grenoble and the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region, truly nothing but positive things to say. Everything is good, clean, and the hygiene is perfect.
29/06/2026: My sister and I made a mistake with our respective orders. We realized it as soon as the order arrived. I first asked an employee who corrected my error, then another employee a second time, saying, "Another mistake on our part" with one of the items we ordered. The staff were incredibly kind, even though we were really embarrassed. So, I thank the staff for their patience and understanding towards us, as we're not yet very familiar with these touchscreens for ordering our meals. They reassured us, and all with a smile. Thank you again! 😊
