So, a huge congratulations to the team this Saturday at lunchtime! Despite a crazy queue at the kiosks (down to Toomorrowland!!), they maintained a high level of service: fast, delicious and well-made sandwiches, clean dining area... Smiling, professional, that's what they were! See you next year!

A superb experience at the McDonald's in Grenoble train station. A very charming young man named Matteo was extremely attentive to all our needs (we are a family of nine children). Such patience, such kindness, such professionalism! I will definitely return with the whole family.

McDonald's has kiosks right on the platform, where you can hear the announcements. Quick service, a lifesaver when you don't have time to do anything better before your train! Friendly and efficient staff.

10 a.m. in this McDonald's waiting for our train. We tried to stay as long as possible by ordering occasionally. Even during rush hour, only 3 minutes passed between ordering and receiving our food at the table. SNCF (the French national railway company) should take note to improve the punctuality of its trains.

04/11/2025: I work near this McDonald's and go there often. I don't enjoy eating there because it's in dire need of renovation, but the employees aren't to blame. I've dealt with Sébastien several times, and he's one of the most helpful and professional servers I've ever met. Keep up the good work!
