I prefer the McDonald's at the train station. It's a shame it no longer has an outdoor terrace. It's better than the one downtown or the one at Aigle; they also used to have a terrace before their renovation. I only go there when I'm in the area. If I had to choose, I'd prefer the one at the train station.

I managed to get a melted ice cream two minutes after ordering it, even though it was below 10°C. But otherwise, the service is slow. They almost always run out of items.

So, a huge congratulations to the team this Saturday at lunchtime! Despite a crazy queue at the kiosks (down to Toomorrowland!!), they maintained a high level of service: fast, delicious and well-made sandwiches, clean dining area... Smiling, professional, that's what they were! See you next year!

A superb experience at the McDonald's in Grenoble train station. A very charming young man named Matteo was extremely attentive to all our needs (we are a family of nine children). Such patience, such kindness, such professionalism! I will definitely return with the whole family.

McDonald's has kiosks right on the platform, where you can hear the announcements. Quick service, a lifesaver when you don't have time to do anything better before your train! Friendly and efficient staff.

27/06/2026: It was quite busy here because of the music festival. Apparently, that's why the tables were cordoned off and only takeaway orders were accepted. Watching the staff at work was really fun, though. A very well-coordinated team that processed the orders very quickly. Excellent!
06/06/2026: The only McDonald's in France with the old decor, makes you wonder if it's still the same guy who's running it.
