In the cathedral square, we dined on the terrace for two. It cost 50 euros per person, including a starter, main course, and a glass of wine from a good selection. The slice of pâté as a starter was excellent. Good service, a great option if the weather is nice.

The staff were pleasant, discreet, smiling, and accommodating. The dishes were very well prepared. The dauphine potatoes that accompanied the poultry were delicious and not greasy: the best I've ever tasted. Wine list starting at €32-35. A wonderful experience.

A wonderful discovery! I've lived in Chartres for a long time and had never tried it before. It was very good, local and seasonal, with a great vegetarian option.
