A very warm welcome and outstanding care for the elderly member of the group (waiting time was limited to a chair and a table in the air-conditioned room upstairs, accessible by a small elevator). The service was efficient and very friendly... so it was very busy and noisy.

The food was delicious, and the prices were very reasonable. Unfortunately, our waiter told us that the French onion soup was unavailable that day. However, about half an hour later, we saw another table order it and receive it. Since trying the French onion soup was the main reason we chose this restaurant, this was quite disappointing. Otherwise, we enjoyed our meal. If it hadn’t been for this experience, I would have happily given 5 stars.

When we arrived without a reservation, the restaurant was full, but we didn't have to wait long to get in. The staff were very attentive and made sure everything ran smoothly. The food was amazing and competitively priced for France.

08/06/2026: We saw the recommendation for this restaurant from others staying at the Marriott Rive Gauche (right down the street) and it did not disappoint. My kids enjoyed the food and service so much that they urged me to write a review right away (a first ever)! We had the onion tart, salmon, scallops, beef stew and crème brûlée. The service was super friendly and the restaurant was packed on a Tues night so reservations are probably necessary. Enjoy.
