Mantel Restaurant sur Cannes

Ambiance agréable, lumière tamisée sans obscurcir l'espace-table et un personnel remarquable de gentillesse, d'efficacité et d'attention aux clients. Bravo pour "le décor," donc. Où tout va nettement moins bien (euphémisme), c'est quand arrivent les plats: *portions minuscules *aucun assaisonnements. Les 3 tables alentours ont d'ailleurs demandé les ménages afin "d'éveiller" les plats. À ce propos, si le foie gras est parfaitement cuit, il est d'une insipidité rare. C'est bien beau de vouloir respecter les saveurs authentiques des ingrédients, mais on attend autre chose d'un étoilé. *aucun amuse-bouche servi avec l'apéritif. Pour un diner 2 services à 60-70€ sans boisson, on peut l'avoir mauvaise.. Note: merci à l'équipe de service qui, constatant mon mécontentement, a gentillement proposé de m'offrir un dessert (refusé).

Ottimo ristorante. Nella zona dove i bistro e le pizzerie sono innumerevoli, questi locali si distingue per servizio, materia prima, abbinamenti e gusti. Insalata carciofi Cesar , ravioli allstice e una zuppa di pesci del giorno. Tutto cucinato e presentato in modo perfetto dallo chef MANTEL prezzo in due circa 170,00 euro

We had a wonderful evening at the restaurant. The service was super attentive and the food was excellent. We ordered nearly every dish of the menu to share and all of them were truly great. My favorite were the lamb chops. Aside of this they had a great selection of wines which we indulged in. The restaurant is located in a quint street and has a nice atmosphere. Can definitely recommend.

No doubt our favourite restaurant in Cannes. What would definitely sum it up even more is that they would need to have a few more special vegetarian dishes on the menu. Something that is almost completely missing in Cannes, when it comes to quality vegetarian food.

Beyond this “touristy” street, this restaurant offers kindness, impeccable welcome, intelligence in detecting customers looking for an ideal table, we got it, cuisine to match: fresh, homemade and good presentation. Rarely have we seen such a beautiful and intelligent restaurant with touches of specific cultures. Fabulous, titillating and playful wine list in keeping with the philosophy of the place. Qualified / reasonable price for the location, the staff and the city. Special thanks to the brunette butler and the attentive, fair and precise sommelier. We had an excellent epicurean moment which highlights this profession!! I could go on endlessly/hungry! We will come back !! Well done

Personnel aux petits soins très gentil. Ravioli au homard un délice tout comme le risotto. Baba au rhum au top et meringue conseillée par lar serveuse légère et rafraîchissante. Vraiment c’était de la cuisine ……👍on y retournera. A conseiller

The best reassurant we have ever been to. Fantastic food and super service, the sommelier made a super wine package for a five-course dinner, no wonder they got Michelin stars. Worth the money, once in a while.

Bella location nel quartiere della suquet. Scelta di piatti e utilizzo di materie prime buona. Servizio attento e professionale. Unico neo: la mancia si da ma non si chiede espressamente.
