I wanted something light, so I went to this restaurant. We ordered plain pho, shrimp pho, and fried food.
They were all delicious! The seasoning was just right.
What a delight! Pho 21's beef satay pho is a true taste bud delight, with rich and spicy flavors. And to end on a perfect note, there's nothing like the banana and tapioca pearl dessert. A place worth the detour!
