Sadaharu Aoki sur Paris

Excellent Japanese pastry shop, nestled in the heart of Paris. The macarons are original and very refined, the pastries are visually stunning and perfectly balanced. The prices might be a little high, but it's justified, especially since the staff is so friendly! I highly recommend it!

The benchmark for Japanese pastries: the irresistible matcha caramel tart or the sublime matcha cream puff, only on Saturdays.

Good pastries, matcha, hazelnut; macarons are okay

We had already tasted and loved the yuzu lemon tart, the lemon praline dome, and the matcha roll. We came back for their signature creations: the Bamboo, the Ginza, and the Matcha Azuki. These are delicate, beautiful pastries bursting with flavor. The cakes are light yet indulgent, with truly delightful textures. The Matcha Azuki was my favorite, but we loved all three :)
