The cuisine is inventive and magical, although the ten-course tasting menu (with all the patience required) is perhaps a bit too much in the evening. The wine list could be improved, particularly in the mid-priced range.

We had a wonderful evening at the inn with friends. We greatly appreciated the originality of the dishes, the quality of the wines, and the warm welcome from the staff. Everything came together for a truly enjoyable and convivial experience. We understand that it is undoubtedly a choice for the chef not to introduce himself in the dining room, which we fully respect. That said, being able to chat briefly with the kitchen team and congratulate them directly would have added a little something extra that many of us would have really appreciated. I came to the Auberge de Lucinges for my birthday and had an exceptional experience. What initially attracted me were the values ​​they champion: sustainable cuisine, respectful of all living things, inspired by local produce, and a focus on supporting local producers. And all of this truly shines through, both in the food and the atmosphere. The welcome was warm and attentive from beginning to end. I even received a personalized note and a rose—a thoughtful touch that deeply touched me. The menu was excellent: a true journey through subtle, refined, and sometimes more rustic flavors. The 10-course tasting menu is divine and surprising, a truly wonderful culinary experience. A perfect mastery of quality ingredients and cooking times. A minor criticism concerns the wine selection, which was adequate but didn't particularly transport me into a story, unlike the meal itself.

We'll be back; the bar is set high from start to finish. Each dish is an experience, and I find it quite rare for a tasting menu to have everything so refined and expertly executed. The service is warm and friendly. Thank you and congratulations to the entire team!
