We had lunch at the Auberge de Lucinges and absolutely loved the experience. The menu is very inventive, showcasing carefully sourced products, perfectly cooked without ever being altered. Each dish respects the essence of the ingredients while enhancing them. The service is impeccable and particularly pleasant: they take the time to introduce us to the products and the producers, which truly enriches the meal. The dining room is very pleasant, and we were even able to enjoy a coffee in the sun on the terrace—a real treat. A truly wonderful place that we recommend without hesitation!

A point that absolutely needs improvement: we ordered wines by the glass, and the poured quantity was far too small… at that price, a few more centiliters would have been welcome.
