20/05/2026: A place to discover and recommend! The staff's attire is original and very friendly. We were served in a warm atmosphere by very attentive staff. The dishes were beautifully presented, delicious, and sometimes surprising, like the chocolate and black olive combination. A very nice pairing of food and local wines, as well as wines from elsewhere. One regret: not seeing the chef in the dining room at the end of the meal.

Every plate is crafted with meticulous precision and creativity, perfectly showcasing the high-quality ingredients. The menu is perfectly executed, striking a true balance between elegance, indulgence, and discovery. The passion and expertise in the kitchen are evident in every detail. Special mention must also go to the attentive, professional, and delightful service, which greatly enhances the experience. A truly wonderful discovery that I highly recommend for a truly memorable culinary experience!
