Discovered by chance… but what a wonderful chance! The cuisine was precise, flavorful, and seasonal. A flawless experience, especially the sweetbreads with peanuts and bisque. The tomato appetizer was a true explosion of flavor! The eggplant was simply perfect and indulgent… The pollen-based dessert was also a great success. The cherry was simply divine… The cooking was masterful, and the technical execution impeccable. When you step through the doors of this establishment, you enter a refined space with minimalist decor. The cutlery, hidden in a small drawer under the table, is a thoughtful and original touch. The menus, like every detail, reflect a genuine attention to detail. The service is discreet, professional, and attentive. Thank you for this wonderful experience.
