A place to discover and recommend! The staff's attire is original and very friendly. We were served in a warm atmosphere by very attentive staff. The dishes were beautifully presented, delicious, and sometimes surprising, like the chocolate and black olive combination. A very nice pairing of food and local wines, as well as wines from elsewhere. One regret: not seeing the chef in the dining room at the end of the meal.

A wonderful evening, a succession of delicious, varied, and original dishes, especially the surprising combination of chocolate and candied olives. The staff were as good as the food: welcoming, attentive, vigilant, and available. It's a shame we didn't see the chef in the dining room. Highly recommended.

A wonderful experience last night at the Auberge de Lucinge, where there were four of us. The meal was excellent from start to finish. What matters most to me is the quality of the food and the staff's genuine knowledge of the ingredients; they were competent, pleasant, and very polite. The presentation surrounding the knife selection and cutlery service also added a nice touch—original and well thought out. We will definitely be back. I highly recommend this restaurant.

I had the pleasure of dining at L’Auberge de Lucinges, and it was an absolutely remarkable experience from beginning to end. The place is very charming, with an atmosphere that is both warm and elegant. You feel at ease immediately. Everything is tastefully designed and understated: the decor, the tableware, the choice of cutlery, right down to the small details around the bread and butter, which already hint at the care taken with the entire experience. The cuisine is simply exceptional. Seasonal produce is showcased with great finesse, in an approach that fully celebrates the local terroir and flavors of the region. Each dish is precise, balanced, and full of personality. You can sense a true technical mastery, but also a great deal of sensitivity and creativity in the flavor combinations. What also makes this restaurant unique is the way it highlights the producers it works with. Each dish is accompanied by an anecdote, a story about a product, a craftsperson, or an encounter. This adds a human and personal dimension to the meal, taking us on a journey far beyond simple tasting. You can feel a genuine passion for the product and those who bring it to life. I was particularly impressed by the work with the fish: the cooking was masterful, the seasonings delicate, and the accompaniments always perfectly balanced. The dessert also deserves special mention. For me, it's often the moment that reveals the true quality of a dish, and I've often been disappointed elsewhere. Here, it was quite the opposite. The finesse, balance, and creativity continue until the very last bite, with surprising yet perfectly executed flavor combinations. An elegant and memorable conclusion to the meal. The service contributes fully to this exceptional experience. The waiters are discreet, subtle, and highly professional; Their commentary and explanations complement the meal intelligently and truly enhance the experience without ever being intrusive. An address I wholeheartedly recommend, and one that richly deserves its Michelin star.

We enjoyed a very surprising culinary experience discovering interesting ways to treat creatively ingredients like green peas and cauliflower. Very good quality ingredients prepared enhancing their flavors and textures. Interesting selection of wines and a super chic-chic menu with a lunar calendar!

Better than good and delicious 👍 and original! We loved everything, including the colorful and delicate sauces. Discovering fermented asparagus was interesting. We felt like we were in a Michelin-starred restaurant 😜 and to get the second star, Michelin recommends shelling the peas 😏. A special mention also goes to our young sommelier, who was discreet, knowledgeable, and unpretentious. Thank you all, and we look forward to returning!
