Location of hotel is ideal. Rooms are very comfortable and nicely updated. Our servers for breakfast were pleasant and attentive. We had a great experience many morning with Lucie who helped jump start our day.

Excellent location and service , specially in the restaurant for breakfast , great service , professional and friendly from Mustapha, Nadera and Lucie. As for bell boy Uri was excellent with his helpfulness and customer service approach. They are Valuable staff .

Excellent hotel as always Marriott
Directly on the Champs Elysees
The lobby is spacious and very elegant
The coffee is excellent

Beautiful location on Avenue des Champs Elysee, very nice hotel
Nice welcome, I came to have an American breakfast, it is very complete, a good selection of sweet and savory dishes, hot and cold drinks, staff ensuring that everything goes well
Good value for money for breakfast
I highly recommend this hotel which is very beautiful, a beautiful terrace

Beautiful hotel, however service has left a lot to be desired.
The room they put us in smelled like a dog.
They did not service our room any day, until we got back to our room (9pm for example) and specifically requested it. Until check out day of course, which is when they wanted to get into our room as early as possible.
I've stayed at a number of hotels over the past 25 years, very high end to rather low end, and can count on one hand how many hotels do not service your room. Turn down services are nice, but seem to be a thing of the past.
However, staying in a hotel this nice, I do not expect to come back to my room at night and see all of the towels all over our bathroom, exactly how we left it 12 hours prior. If they had given us a heads up that they don’t clean rooms, we would have handled things differently.
Everyone should get services they pay for at such a beautiful hotel, and as a Lifetime Platinum Elite, you'd think maybe they'd give a little extra love.
Lots of hotels to stay in, in this wonderful city, and don't plan to stay in this one again. 3 stars because of the location and what a pretty hotel it is.
