A wonderful discovery of Eritrean cuisine!
With several platters, including large dishes perfect for sharing, a very warm welcome, a friendly little restaurant, and a very pleasant owner who ensures everything runs smoothly. Good value for money, 15 minutes from Gare du Nord.
I highly recommend this restaurant if you want to discover Eritrean food.

If you like good traditional Auvergnat-style food, wood-fired pizza, Asian cuisine, Turkish grilled meats, etc... go for it, it's really good, it's cooked, it's not too expensive and served generously.

While in Paris, I was craving Ethiopian food. I'd been here before and had a wonderful meal. This time it was a bit of a challenge because I had a train to catch in half an hour. Mission accomplished: I managed to get takeout, make my train, and have a great meal. They just needed cutlery for the salad, but honestly, it didn't matter—it was a fantastic experience!

The food was excellent, as usual, and we had a very pleasant time. However, we were disappointed by the way our leftovers were packaged. When we got home, the injera was completely soggy, soaked in sauce, and partially disintegrated. It had all been unrolled and then wrapped with the contents of our plates; everything was mixed together, and it was difficult to distinguish the different elements of our leftovers.
This is a shame, as this has never happened to us before. Separate packaging for the side dishes and the injera would undoubtedly have been a good idea.
We will gladly return for the quality of the food, but this experience was disappointing.
