Dinner in this family run Italian restaurant was delicious. The eggplant parmigian was tasty and served with salad. Portion was plenty and service was good considering the packed house.

We went there by chance on the advice of another restaurateur who was no longer open because it was too late according to him (9:30 p.m.) in the middle of the week (it was still during the lemon festival) And there at Massimo: Very good surprise in terms of welcome: the boss and boss are super welcoming with jokes and smiles (and yes this is not given every day these days so it is important to emphasize it) and therefore super friendly. From the home cooking, the dishes (mussels and fries and lasagna) and the pizzas, everything was very good. I will just put a downside on the desserts because I am very, very dessert-loving: very beautiful/well presented but quite bland. I had a tiramisu (which I forgot to take a photo of) and in my opinion it lacked sugar... I'm not in favor of excess sugar but there was quite a bit lacking... So just a downside at this level, maybe just an omission that day… We highly recommend it despite everything and we will return there
