The Genepy in Chamonix, managed by Hôtel & Spa Le Faucigny, offers a convenient stay with check-in and breakfast available at the hotel next door. While parking is discounted, reservations are essential due to limited slots, and note that there's no elevator. The apartment features a bedroom and a closet-type room suitable for kids but without a window. Despite the summer heat, the provided AC/FAN machine helped cool the space effectively. Although initially advertised, the laundry was unavailable, but the manager promptly addressed the issue. The kitchen is well-equipped, allowing guests to prepare meals with ease, especially with the supermarket nearby. The location of the apartment is the best. While the apartment is clean with a spacious balcony, there's no mountain view. Communication with the helpful reception staff is recommended for any needs or requests to ensure a hassle-free stay.

Muy buen sitio. Céntrico, limpio y muy cómodo. Un sitio perfecto para estar quedarte en Chamonix tanto para esquí en invierno o senderismo en verano. Cerca de todo.

We had a fantastic experience at Le Génépy! They were quick to reply to our questions and very accommodating. The building is very charming, the apartment is large and comfortable and location is a stone’s throw from everything. Staff are welcoming and helpful. Would’ve loved to spend more time there!

We were one couple and one single person. We rented a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment on the top floor. It was airy and spacious. The kitchen was well-equipped. The apartment was very light with views of Mont Blanc from every room. We had a small balcony off of the living room. We were a 1 minute walk from the Main Street with the supermarket on the corner and bakeries, shops and restaurants nearby. It was very central and an easy 5 minute walk to the train station. I would most definitely stay here again, and would ask for the top floor.

Bel appartement hôtel, très fonctionnel, propre, calme, très bien situé. C'est la deuxième fois que je séjourne dans cet établissement et si je suis amenée à revenir sur Chamonix, je n'hésiterai pas à renouveler cette expérience d'autant plus que j'ai bénéficié d'un appartement de qualité supérieure à ce que j'avais réservé. La région est magnifique.

Nice apartment style hotel right on the Main Street of Chamonix with great shops, restaurants, bars, and a nice grocery store steps away. Wish we stayed longer. We were on the 2nd floor (3rd floor technically), and had a great view of Mont Blanc from our windows. The apartment is smartly designed with a living room, bedroom and small kitchen. This place is a great value for Chamonix. They also have a handful of parking spots, which you can pay a bit extra for. I’d suggest calling ahead if you want to snag one. It’s cheaper and much closer than the public parking lots which charge a €1 per hour.

Appartement spacieux, propre et fonctionnel. Le personnel à l'accueil est très sympathique. Emplacement idéal plein centre. On reviendra certainement!
