Some friendly staff and interacting with my youngest as she was v fed up and tired. The layout I found confusing but staff helpful if ask for help. Trying to leave to fly home was a nightmare as it results in a mammoth queue through border control and only one open! Thankfully didn't miss our flight. I would allow extra time when travelling.

I'm very satisfied with this booking method, which is very easy. You can usually find a space very close to the entrances of your chosen terminals. The same code is used for both entry and exit. I use this booking method every time I travel and I'm very happy with it.

A rather mixed review! The airport is quite large and generally clean, but the reception and some of the staff leave much to be desired! I traveled to a country where hospitality is paramount, with smiles and reassuring words… Back in Paris, oh my god!!!! Everyone is shouting and bitter, the service is nonexistent, it's like being in the projects!!! What kind of image are we giving to foreign tourists visiting France? 😳😳😳😳 We've completely lost the meaning of hospitality in this country, it's unbelievable!!!

Excellent airport. Great variety of shops and places to eat. Everything is very well signposted. The free Wi-Fi works very well and is fast.

Aux Trois Gourmands

23/08/2026: Great place to eat! We had a long layover to CDG to popped over to Roissy-en-France to stretch our legs and walk around the town. My wife wanted to eat galettes/crepes so we found Aux Trois Gourmands and were thoroughly delighted! We ordered a number of galettes to share - chicken & mushroom, salmon & egg, salmon & potatoes, goat with walnuts. They were all delicious! We ended the meal with a Nutella crepe which was amazing! Wonderful service as well! Highly recommend!!
01/08/2026: I received a very warm welcome, the food was good, and the waitress was pleasant. Service was quick, excellent, and affordable for all budgets. I highly recommend it! 👍🏼
