Very nice airport. However, border police checks take far too long, the devices do not work, the police are really very slow, half of the counters are open. The information staff do not speak English at all. This promises for the Olympics.

Our procedures were carried out in order both at arrival and departure. I would like to thank the staff who helped and guided us at every stage. The new lounges and shopping areas of Terminal 1 that I used were very impressively arranged and sufficient for our needs. I wish to visit again.

Beautiful transfer space between plane and main line and RER trains. The only negative point? Free toilets in the air part and paying in the train part. Welcome to France! We have just returned from New York where toilets are rare but clean and free!

2F is excellent, but still too unmanageable and noisy. On the other hand, the completely renovated 2D is far more pleasant than it was before: more manageable and less noisy. There is a lack of seating. Many have to sit on the floor in Terminal F's boarding area. Terminal 1 is still an insult with poor entry options, dining options below the level of the capital of gastronomy and unsafe conditions where vagabonds lie and sleep in the passenger area.

Upon arrival it seems like a small airport for an international one, but the truth is it is quite spacious, it has a train to take you to the bands and go to collect your luggage and it is well signposted although a bit confusing. Friendly and fairly fast customs service despite the huge lines.

03/04/2024: We stayed with a tour, the problem was that it was in a deserted location, otherwise the hotel was small, old but clean. The rooms were adequate for usability, the lobby service was good, the breakfast was good and the croissants were very successful. We stayed in other hotels later, but I can say that the breakfast was the best.
28/03/2024: Great service at the bar, especially Abdel who was able to welcome us superbly, his kindness was exquisite and his good humor incredible. Thank you for this good time.
