Hello, I regularly go to this restaurant which has never disappointed me; the order is taken quickly, the servers are pleasant, and the variety of products offered is excellent.

I love raw fish, so I search for almost every good value sushi place in Paris on the map. I was truly satisfied. For €22 and the freshness of the raw fish, I think I'll come here often. I wouldn't recommend the mackerel for beginners. The chef is from another country, but it's delicious. The eel I ordered as an extra was really thick, and the roll was better than expected! Delicious! Surtout the saumon and the anguille 🤤

We arrived in Paris and were delighted to find this restaurant. The food was delicious and the service was very quick. We are very grateful to our waitress, Lucie, who made us feel right at home and was very kind to us. 10/10

13/01/2026: I love this little neighborhood Japanese place. I wouldn't say it's haute cuisine or that it's on par with traditional restaurants, but it's excellent value for money for a quick bite. The service is truly perfect and the place is very pleasant!

08/07/2025: Came just right at the time they open 11.30am. Already few people obviously as hungry as I am. First time here. Selected Menu A @€15: Shiosu ramen + 7 Gyosa Gyosa was good but not fried enough. The ramen soup was well seasoned and flavored though the noodle was more a Chinese egg noodle than Japanese true ramen. It was tasty though a bit shy of another slice of meat (probably because it’s the menu). The service was very fast and efficient and no unnecessary talk. It’s definitely more of eat and go than taking all the time in the world.
08/07/2025: Higuma is and remains a true institution. I always sit down in front of the kitchens, alone or with someone else. It's always a treat (summer and winter). The welcome, the smile, the responsiveness, the service, and the cleanliness are all there. It's a shame that customers don't always fully appreciate this institution, probably due to the cafeteria feel. Thank you again, and see you soon.
