Major hygiene issues... what's the point of having a code if the toilets aren't cleaned? The urine overflowing from the first toilet was disgusting, and in the second, there was a small nose visible, not to mention the overall condition of the toilet seat and the restrooms in general. Needs improvement! It's appalling for a chain store where hygiene should be quite strict, especially since there was time to clean as there were few customers in the restaurant. So, hygiene procedures and training need to be reviewed!
