You shouldn't be in a hurry because nobody asks if you want anything. They just watch you walk by and not a hello or a "screw you"... it's the first time I've ever seen anything like it at McDonald's. And on top of that, there's hardly anyone there. You wonder what the manager is doing.
A short break on the holiday route, I had never seen such friendly Fast Food staff, especially the little gentleman who was serving in the dining room.
