The kiosk didn't allow us to choose to have ice cream after our meal, but that wasn't the staff's fault; however, with temperatures over 30°C outside, it gets melted quickly. By the way, McDonald's France, the software updates for the kiosk are really not great!
You shouldn't be in a hurry because nobody asks if you want anything. They just watch you walk by and not a hello or a "screw you"... it's the first time I've ever seen anything like it at McDonald's. And on top of that, there's hardly anyone there. You wonder what the manager is doing.
