I celebrated my daughter's birthday on Sunday, March 8th. My daughter was thrilled, and so were her friends. Thank you to Inès & Lilou for this lovely time.

It's a disgrace! You absolutely must check your order. It makes you wonder if these omissions are part of the policy, it's so systematic. In the last three months, I've been to the McDonald's in Viry-Châtillon four times, and each time something was missing. Never large sandwiches, just small ones. But it's constant! And when you complain, the response is completely absurd. In fact, I was told twice that it was my fault because I hadn't checked my order before leaving. So, for them, normal is a job poorly done, or at least partially done.

A new management team since January 1st, 2026. My last drive-thru order was impeccable, without any mistakes, including the sauces and napkins. You can tell things are changing.

I went to this McDonald's to buy a coffee to go on December 25, 2025. I was greeted by a welcoming and helpful person who even unlocked the restroom door when I simply asked to use it while waiting for my order. Impeccable service, thank you! An Electra charging station for electric vehicles is located near this restaurant, which allowed me to take a pleasant break. It's a perfect location. Parking is also easy as there's access to the shopping center parking lot. Despite the mixed reviews, for me, it's flawless. I'll have to see what it's like to eat in. In the meantime, the 5 stars are well deserved.

02/09/2024: I arrived at this restaurant with 199 points in the app. Which entitles me to a category of small. However, I couldn't customize on the terminal. I went to ask why at the terminal, and they explained to me that the menus offered are not customizable. I actually wanted to remove the bacon. It didn't stop there since an employee told me the phrase we're giving you a free menu and we're not going to personalize it for you. I find this sentence impolite and misplaced, since although the menu is free, I got it because I made several purchases with them. If it was truly free why not distribute it to everyone unconditionally?
