Served cold Stomach pain after eating straight from the toilet

We always come back to the same opinions: Cold fries (with very little cheddar) Wraps, too stingy on quantity. Burgers, often cold and poorly prepared (even if it's "fast food", putting a slice of steak on bread isn't too complicated). Bland, bubble-free drink. Lots of forgetting about orders of varying length. Forgotten wooden cover (+1 for ecology at least). Not to mention the disastrous price and the size of the burgers which shrink from year to year. Fortunately to make up for that, the staff at the drive-thru are friendly and efficient.

Fast service and my 280 very good. There weren't too many people when we arrived... As in all McDonald's, you just have to find a clean table but we found it quickly.

Burger that looks like the burger on the posters, the sugar-free coke that has a “sugar-free” label, fries that are not too salty, in short the food looks like the poster....

Slight improvement in performance. The trick is to eat out of the rush otherwise the sandwiches will be disgusting and the meal cold. When you go there, I recommend 2 p.m. not before. The fries will be hot and the burgers well presented. The establishment is clean only when certain people are present because they are involved and professional in their way of working because they arrive at a table where there are no crumbs, sauces or even the trays of previous customers; it’s appreciated!! The cleanliness of the toilets is OK. On the other hand, when the manager and his colleagues smoke right next to the children's games; It is unacceptable and completely incredible that the latter does not have the presence of mind to put himself elsewhere, especially when there are children in the games. Small improvement, a paid charging station for electric cars has been created. On the other hand, you walk a few meters right next to and in the parking lot of the hypermarket; recharging is free...

In the dining room: average reception, dishes sometimes hot but sometimes cold and very very average presentation. Table and bench/chair not very clean. 👎🏼 At the drive: which is the positive point with a very good welcome from the teams 👍🏼

as a customer I have never had any problems related to this McDonald's, I highly recommend it. The wait is less, the quality of the products is there.

We came to eat on this Saturday, June 29 (11:13 p.m.), Chalibaude Day in Château-Gontier, although the streets are empty, our stomach does not remain full. We decided to head to the drive-thru, led by Marcelo and accompanied by my sidekicks Marc and Coco, we had the joy of coming across Mathilde who took our order with exemplary professionalism, and at McDonald's we can talk about professionalism, no because it's not always that, well anyway it's always the case that Berenice or Mathilde I don't know anymore took our order like little princes (not the biscuits, but the princes that we are). Always perfect in her profession, she brought our order directly to Coco's window (located at the left rear of the car driven by Marcelo). A big thank you to McDonalds and more precisely to Mathilde for offering us an exceptional service this evening of June 29 (my favorite day since I had this experience).
