Hello, I wanted to personally thank Noa for his professionalism. During a busy period, almost all the items in my order were incorrect. He didn't seem to be assigned to this task, but we went through all the items together and replaced the products in my bag to finally have a complete and correct order. Having worked in the restaurant industry for many years, I was pleasantly surprised by the effort and speed of this "young" man. 18/01/2026: The quality of the products was excellent, truly delicious. However, the service from one of the saleswomen was terrible; I felt like I was bothering her and didn't even dare ask questions. She sighed and didn't look at me, even though I spent over €20 on pastries…
12/01/2026: We bought several pastries and, unfortunately, the chocolate éclair wasn't fresh: the pastry was dry and the pastry cream grainy, giving the impression of a day-old or defrosted product. At €4.80, it's really disappointing and not up to the reputation of this bakery. I mentioned it this morning when I came to pick up my bread and specified that I'm a regular customer, but I received neither an apology nor any gesture of goodwill. I was simply told that it would be "reported." The result: a huge disappointment, especially regarding the customer service.
