10/12/2024: Last night, my daughter and I ordered at the terminal. After a while, we got our tray back and when we got upstairs we noticed that the order was incomplete, the donut was missing. My daughter goes back down to ask them and amazing response!!! "If we didn't give it to you, it's because there are no more donuts".... but where are we going?? Not only do they not warn us by giving us the tray and they keep the money instead of refunding us immediately!!??? What are these ways of doing things?? It’s called theft!! Please remind your employees of respect and work rules... Very disappointed
30/11/2024: The cleanliness of the premises leaves something to be desired. Crumbs on the stairs and behind the railings we could reconstitute a burger because there are so many crumbs. We ate there upstairs, we were accosted by two beggars who asked us for money. (Great atmosphere). No charlotte in the kitchen, so a hair in a burger.
