McDonald's, OK. It's shameful to see the conditions in which the employees and security work in the evenings and on weekends. The Bellecour area is unsafe late at night on weekends. Security faces constant incivility; I was there one Friday evening and I was truly shocked by the work environment. I commend the courage of the person in charge of security who endures gratuitous insults from people in front of the restaurant, thefts, and vandalism. It's shameful. These people are heroes.

I arrived around rush hour, McDonald's was packed, and yet not only were the staff incredibly friendly, but my order arrived in barely 3 minutes! They work under pressure and manage to keep things running smoothly; hats off to the whole team. PS: Thanks for the message.

Dirty...the order boards are very dirty...far from being cleaned regularly, let alone disinfected! I didn't dare touch them.

Despite the crowd, the service was very quick, but we only ordered drinks. However, we did manage to find a table for four. The only major drawback: the toilets were closed due to "incivilities." Actually, that's just how it is; otherwise, they shouldn't even be open. In any place where you can eat and drink, it seems essential to have access to a toilet, especially in a city where public restrooms are nonexistent and, in any case, dirty.
