The outdoor tables were VERY DIRTY! We had to use cleaning products and cloths and clean them ourselves before we could sit at a table!.... Not great 🤔🤮

We received a very warm welcome. Honestly, the restaurant was clean and there was no wait. Special mention to Maximilien who offered us pistachio ice cream – delicious! – and to Anthony who was incredibly helpful and a real sweetheart. Thank you, great team!

11/04/2026: McDonald's, OK. It's shameful to see the conditions in which the employees and security work in the evenings and on weekends. The Bellecour area is unsafe late at night on weekends. Security faces constant incivility; I was there one Friday evening and I was truly shocked by the work environment. I commend the courage of the person in charge of security who endures gratuitous insults from people in front of the restaurant, thefts, and vandalism. It's shameful. These people are heroes.

07/06/2026: If you don't have time and want to eat on the go... fine, but that's it! Not a smile, no toilet, and they make sure you know it! Despite all that, it's not bad.
30/05/2026: I have nothing but praise for Berta and Raba; the welcome was fantastic, the conversation was deep and sincere, they are truly wonderful people. The negative reviews shouldn't even be taken seriously; I refuse to believe for a moment that their service was lacking. Thank you again to them for this shared moment and this sumptuous tasting! :)
