We stopped by for a bite to eat before heading back to the cinema.
First time here, sitting on the terrace with a lovely view.
The food is standard (decent), but they always forget things we order (like sauce or sugar for coffee), so we have to go to the storeroom to get them.
Otherwise, everything was fine.

I'm giving a positive review regarding the food.
The staff was very friendly.
However, I don't understand why they provide a phone that is never answered... ever... Unfortunately, we left a shopping bag on our chair during lunch. After realizing what we'd left behind, and of course, after we were far from McDonald's, we kept calling to find out if the bag with the items was still there (it contained some clothes we'd bought for my daughter). Unfortunately, there was no response to our calls or our message.
This could have been much more important or serious...
Please answer this phone in the future!!!

A great experience this morning at McDonald's right from opening time! ☕️ We came in for coffee, and since service had just started, the manager initially told us we'd have to wait a few minutes. But he then came back to us and told us not to wait, that he would take care of us right away.
We really appreciated this gesture, as well as his warm welcome and kindness. The restaurant was also very clean and well-maintained.
A big thank you to this manager for his professionalism, his availability, and especially for his very pleasant attitude. You can tell he loves his job and that he values customer satisfaction.
Thank you for the warm welcome and this great start to the morning! 😊

Both times I went, the service was quick and friendly. It wasn't very busy at the time, but the cleanliness of the tables and floor wasn't up to par.
