If you don't have time and want to eat on the go... fine, but that's it! Not a smile, no toilet, and they make sure you know it! Despite all that, it's not bad.

I have nothing but praise for Berta and Raba; the welcome was fantastic, the conversation was deep and sincere, they are truly wonderful people. The negative reviews shouldn't even be taken seriously; I refuse to believe for a moment that their service was lacking. Thank you again to them for this shared moment and this sumptuous tasting! :)

Bagelstein definitely deserves a gold medal. Between the owners and staff, who are as funny as they are lovely, you come almost as much to have a good time as to eat… except the bagels are so excellent that they quickly take precedence. The prices are more than reasonable, the atmosphere is incredibly pleasant, and even the animals on site are treated like stars. Honestly, you go in for a bagel and leave with a smile and the desire to come back the next day. Absolutely fantastic!

The place is a bit ghetto but wow I've never seen an 8 euro bagel made with so much care, it was great.

Hello, this Bagelstein is the place to be! It feels like you're in New York, but in Lyon! The service is very pleasant, and the family is loving and genuinely wants to please their customers. I'll definitely be back, and I haven't even mentioned the bagels, which were delicious. And the cookies made by their pastry chef! 😜

They have sweet and savory options, and the service is always TOP-NOTCH! The team is highly experienced but also very attentive to our comfort and cleanliness so that we have a pleasant time! I've already been there with teenagers and younger children; the atmosphere is always pleasant. A special shout-out to MANEL and NAOUEL

I just stopped by with my girlfriend and we received a wonderful welcome. The bagel was delicious, and the two sisters were incredibly kind and had big smiles. We'll definitely be back as often as possible.
