Great for sharing, very good bagel, excellent service

Very warm welcome, the waitresses are very kind and very smiling, the bagels are good, original and well filled.

So it's a very nice place, we were well received, the only problem is that we wanted to eat there but inside without air conditioning it's extremely hot and it's not possible!!!!!

The bagels are good but not the service: they forget to give you part of what's on the menu, the drinks aren't cold, unlike the owner's welcome who seems not to want any customers...

If you don't have time and want to eat on the go... fine, but that's it! Not a smile, no toilet, and they make sure you know it! Despite all that, it's not bad.

I have nothing but praise for Berta and Raba; the welcome was fantastic, the conversation was deep and sincere, they are truly wonderful people. The negative reviews shouldn't even be taken seriously; I refuse to believe for a moment that their service was lacking. Thank you again to them for this shared moment and this sumptuous tasting! :)

Bagelstein definitely deserves a gold medal. Between the owners and staff, who are as funny as they are lovely, you come almost as much to have a good time as to eat… except the bagels are so excellent that they quickly take precedence. The prices are more than reasonable, the atmosphere is incredibly pleasant, and even the animals on site are treated like stars. Honestly, you go in for a bagel and leave with a smile and the desire to come back the next day. Absolutely fantastic!

The place is a bit ghetto but wow I've never seen an 8 euro bagel made with so much care, it was great.

The owners are lovely, always smiling, and very funny. The bagels are really delicious, and the cookies are AMAZING. Highly recommended.

Hello, this Bagelstein is the place to be! It feels like you're in New York, but in Lyon! The service is very pleasant, and the family is loving and genuinely wants to please their customers. I'll definitely be back, and I haven't even mentioned the bagels, which were delicious. And the cookies made by their pastry chef! 😜
