31/08/2024: This is the second time I've eaten Tunisian couscous. It allowed me to reconnect with Tunisian cuisine. Very welcoming, very good atmosphere. I highly recommend it. It was fantastic.

22/08/2024: A very pleasant discovery of fish couscous that I had never had the opportunity to taste: a generous steak of fresh hake accompanied by equally fresh mussels and shrimp, all simmered in a traditional couscous recipe. The result is delicious, the vegetables having been cooked in a fish broth, giving them a particular flavor. Always well-balanced spices leaving in the mouth those characteristic North African flavors. Note, it is so rare, an ideal cooking of the hake giving it a firm texture. A dish to absolutely discover. For lovers of traditional couscous, note that the imperial couscous was always so succulent. Finally, a special mention for our host, always so kind and attentive, and a big thank you to the chef for all the talent he deploys.
