We came on a friend's recommendation. Superb terrace, excellent food, we were 3 adults and 3 children, it was perfect. Our waiter, Maxime, was fantastic and gave us great advice. The dishes were high quality (local produce) and generous. Beautiful view directly overlooking the Nehe spring, a hot spring at 64 degrees Celsius. Thank you.

DJIBRIL's service is worthy of the finest 5-star bars/restaurants in the country, not to mention the equally charming security guard who is also a very good photographer. See below:

I finally found the restaurant I like in Dax. Good food, service, and a cozy terrace. I had a delicious duck breast and my wife had moussaka. If you happen to be there and there's a table available, go for it.

Thank you to the waiter on the evening of July 13, 2026, who served us so kindly and took the time to bring water for our dog. It's the little things that make all the difference.
