Théo is definitely the kind of server you notice right away when you walk into McDonald's. He always has this contagious energy, even when it's busy and everyone around him seems stressed. Where some employees might just do the bare minimum, he really takes the time to do things properly. He greets customers with a natural, unforced smile, and that makes all the difference. You can tell he's genuinely trying to make the experience enjoyable, even though it's still a fast-food restaurant. What's also impressive is his ability to handle pressure. During peak hours, when orders are pouring in and things get a bit chaotic, Théo stays calm. He remains focused, organized, and above all, polite to everyone. He doesn't get angry, he doesn't talk back, even when customers are impatient or unpleasant. Frankly, that requires real composure and a certain maturity. On top of that, he's incredibly efficient. He knows his job, he doesn't waste time, and you can tell he's experienced. Whether he's taking orders, preparing trays, or helping his colleagues, he's always on the go, always helpful. And speaking of colleagues, he seems to have a great team spirit. He helps when he can, he doesn't leave others struggling, and it creates a great overall atmosphere. But what makes him even more appealing is his down-to-earth nature. He doesn't put on airs, he's genuine. He's natural, approachable, and makes you want to chat with him, even briefly. He's the kind of person who brightens your day without even realizing it. Ultimately, Théo is clearly an asset to his McDonald's. He embodies the kind of customer service we'd like to see more often: efficient, respectful, friendly, and human. Frankly, if all waiters had the same attitude as him, going to a fast-food restaurant would be a much more pleasant experience.
