A really cool bar where you can party with friends in a relaxed atmosphere and also chill out (always better with friends). Angel served us and was absolutely fantastic; he's a really nice guy and made sure we had a great time. I highly recommend this place!

I stumbled upon this very unusual place quite by chance, drawn in by its original sign, while strolling through old Bordeaux on a Sunday late afternoon. I ordered an excellent rhubarb wheat beer (a special brew), brewed on-site in truly unique premises: a former women's prison where the original bars are still in place. The atmosphere is original and welcoming, and you can watch sporting events on a big screen and play darts if you're interested. I didn't order food, but the burger my neighbor at the bar ordered looked delicious. I'll definitely be back, especially since it must be pleasantly cool under its vaulted arches and thick stone walls, even in hot weather. I'm so glad I stopped by for a beer at the bar!

Far too many people on World Cup match nights!

Nice bar and friendly bar.service. €5 a pint for happy hour. Unfortunately the beer is of a pretty low quality which is a shame.

Expensive pints and a small menu but was good for watching the world cup!

What a fun place to grab a bite to eat, a drink or both! We stopped here for dinner & drinks. We sat outside. The server was lovely. The food was good. Drink were delicious.
