Tasty food and massive portions. Happy and capable staff. Relaxed atmosphere, even though large screens with rugby on, there is plenty of space not be overwhelmed by it.

A fantastic spot in a city full of bars this was a nice gem to discover. A good variety on food and drinks that suited one person who wanted to eat more and one who wanted to drink more. Very welcoming staff along two brilliant Irish working the bar Cameron and Laura who gave the bar an inviting friendly atmosphere. We had a brilliant night watching the football, eating, drinking and having fun. A must recommend in a city full of bars.

The food was decent, but the fries were undercooked and clearly mass-produced. As for the cocktails, the "pornstar martini" (over €11) should be taken off the menu as it was undrinkable. We could have told you this if the waiter had asked how our meal was, but he didn't seem interested.

Cambridge Arms

07/02/2026: We stumbled upon this place during a stroll and were delighted. Guinness drew us in, and we have absolutely no regrets. We enjoyed views of England and Wales while sipping our beer in a peaceful, British atmosphere. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
24/10/2025: As someone who lives in France, it was a rare treat to go to a British pub and have an amazing Steak and Guinness pie. Top notch.

18/12/2024: Emblematic café in the Saint Pierre district with a pub-style decor, full of trinkets, nice little details, old-fashioned advertisements... Oh and I really like the initiative of offering a concert on Sunday evening.. Ideal spot to relax in the afternoon, the evenings, matches are nice, but you have to appreciate the hustle and bustle (generally friendly!) ^^ I didn't rate the food because I've never eaten there.
14/12/2024: You want to have a good evening without breaking the bank, this is the right place in Bordeaux
