I'm not here to criticize, but over time, certain problems become apparent. Some employees don't seem to have a good grasp of their software. Up until now, I've let it slide, but this time they completely forgot about my toasted sandwich! Unacceptable!

08/03/2026: A very nice hotel. The staff is very friendly. Spotlessly clean. Generous breakfast with high-quality products. Excellent location. Superb bedding. Parking available.
01/03/2026: My partner and I stayed at the hotel for a weekend and were treated exceptionally well by the staff. They were incredibly attentive and made sure we enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious with a sitting area, a relaxation area, a bathroom, and a toilet. The only downside was the bathroom, which was too small even for shorter people. The continental buffet was very well stocked with both savory and sweet options. Special mention goes to the local Cantal products!
