Grand Hotel de Bordeaux sur Aurillac

A very nice hotel. The staff is very friendly. Spotlessly clean. Generous breakfast with high-quality products. Excellent location. Superb bedding. Parking available.

Great hotel! It was really pleasant to stay here for a short weekend. The hotel is well located in relation to the city center and close to the train station. We came with our bikes, and it wasn't a problem at all! We received a warm welcome! The staff were kind and friendly. A special mention for Elodie, who is very friendly! The breakfast buffet is excellent, with very good local products. A water fountain is available, which is a nice touch. You can fill your own water pitcher (don't forget!) and your water bottle—very convenient. We highly recommend it!

My partner and I stayed at the hotel for a weekend and were treated exceptionally well by the staff. They were incredibly attentive and made sure we enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious with a sitting area, a relaxation area, a bathroom, and a toilet. The only downside was the bathroom, which was too small even for shorter people. The continental buffet was very well stocked with both savory and sweet options. Special mention goes to the local Cantal products!

The welcome was absolutely exceptional; I've never been received with such warmth! You immediately feel at home. The bedding is incredibly comfortable; I slept like a baby. And breakfast is a real treat, very enjoyable with delicious products. A huge thank you for this perfect stay; I already want to come back!

Located right in the city center, you need to reserve a parking space, otherwise parking is difficult. The welcome is warm and friendly, and the room very comfortable. Room service is provided with great courtesy, however, the meal wasn't very good. Breakfast is reasonably decent. I have mixed feelings about this Best Western.
