I came in this evening for a click and collect order. One donut was forgotten, which can happen. But when I called to get a solution—either a refund or a credit for next time—I was told nothing would be done unless I came back immediately (given the drive, I wasn't going to make four round trips). Considering the price of the donuts, I find that a bit much.
Furthermore, their professionalism leaves much to be desired. When you answer the phone, you don't just say "yeah" without knowing if it's a customer or not.

Fast service, acceptable food for a McDonald's. The best option for a quick and cheap meal. At night it was a little scary because of the homeless people in the area. But once you get used to it, you normalize it.

If I could give zero stars, I wouldn't! This restaurant doesn't even deserve one. I've been coming here for years because it's the only one near my house. There are only oversights and mistakes, and this happens with every single order, without exception. The manager of this establishment refuses to hire competent staff. The worst part is that there are mistakes on very simple orders, and what's more, sometimes there's no one else there except my order. It's unacceptable! I'm thinking of contacting the higher-ups because I'm fed up with eating cold food because I have to go back to the McDonald's in Grenade to fix something I forgot or made a mistake. Nothing works at this place!

The drive-through was extremely slow, over 15 minutes of waiting before even reaching the machine and another 15 minutes to pay. There was always something missing.

It had been a very long time since I'd received such excellent service at McDonald's. The sandwich was hot, well-prepared, and presented nicely, and the fries and ice cream were served in generous portions.
The staff is very kind, attentive, and lovely. The management is approachable and readily available. The restaurant is clean, with soap provided: this may seem obvious, but it's not always the case.
Flawless across the board. You can feel a genuine desire to do things well. I simply felt that with a little more support and team-building activities, everyone could flourish even more and reach their full potential. A truly wonderful team that deserves recognition.
