Dinner after visiting Beauval Zoo with the children on a Saturday evening. The service was incredibly fast, the hot food was freshly made and excellent, and nothing was forgotten. The staff were lovely with the children, especially with the balloons and ice cream. There was no need to clear the table, and they offered extra sauces instead of throwing them away. It was even better than perfect. Beyond satisfactory. A most pleasant and well-organized experience. A huge thank you to the entire team this evening.

Too long a wait. I ordered through the drive-thru to be served quickly, and I still had a 25-minute wait after placing my order, and they didn't even provide napkins.

Back from the hospital in Tours, we made a quick stop at McDonald's for a bite to eat. The food was hot and served quickly at our table. The kitchen staff handled our requests for ingredients to be removed from the burgers well. Our first pleasant surprise was being told we could leave our trays on the table; they would clear them away. Excellent! 👍 Then Ludivine brought our trays. Very smiley and kind, with a gentle voice, she went around to other customers offering small packets of candy. Excellent! 👍 The restaurant was clean. The manager was calm, and the team was dynamic and efficient. Honestly, I have absolutely no complaints.

I'm the first to try the dragon fruit Sprite, which I find just okay. The taste isn't bad, but it's not for everyone. And please be careful with the cherry Coke; make sure you order the drink you requested.

Relais Touraine Sologne

02/06/2026: A small hotel that makes for a calm and relaxing experience. The air conditioning in our room was very faulty, and there was no one at reception to discuss it. They provided phone numbers, but I didn't want to be glued to my phone; I wanted to rest. Aside from this minor inconvenience, I would recommend this hotel.
25/05/2026: The hotel is located near Beauval Zoo, about 10 minutes away. There is no physical reception, but the explanation of the codes is very simple. The rooms are quite nice, good for spending a night, although they may be poorly soundproofed as you can hear everything the neighbors say. There is air conditioning inside, which is very practical. Perhaps a small refrigerator would be a good addition to keep drinks cold when you bring them home.

11/05/2026: Generous portions at a very reasonable price... Reservations are recommended. Highly recommended, and close to Beauval Zoo.
21/04/2026: Good value for money. We were delighted to rediscover dishes that are no longer available anywhere and are part of the French culinary heritage (rillettes, mushrooms à la grecque, snout in vinaigrette, celery remoulade, etc.).
