Justin is the best employee this fast food restaurant has ever had.

Awena and Mélanie provided impeccable service, super friendly, pleasant, and incredibly fast. The food was hot, and the new flat potatoes (wavy fries or something like that) were crispy. Nothing to complain about except that we need more people like Awena and Mélanie! 🤩

The tables aren't cleaned, perhaps due to a lack of staff. Sometimes there are mistakes, and drinks aren't always hot enough. It was better before.

While the overall atmosphere is peaceful and the staff is generally friendly, it's worth noting that, unfortunately, the food is increasingly arriving lukewarm and quickly becoming cold. I would have preferred to wait a little longer. Even so, it's unacceptable to eat a lukewarm burger. The inventory management at the self-service kiosks is sometimes surprising, for example. The small salad is still displayed even though it shouldn't be when it's no longer available. Fortunately, on that particular day, a solution was offered, which was much appreciated. The water had a rather intriguing aftertaste, but again, the staff responded promptly and offered an exchange. In conclusion, everything went well, but there are still a few things that could be improved, especially the food temperature.

The service from the team on 12/23/2025 needs to be reviewed. They're incredibly slow; I'd be served faster by BK. And the hygiene is beyond the pale. We asked for toilet paper, and they blew on us and didn't even bother to provide it. There were fries everywhere in the kitchen, and I'm not even mentioning the enormous, overflowing garbage bag left at the entrance next to the recycling bin, which was also full. They need to rethink their priorities.

Incredible and delicious. The staff are friendly and pleasant. Much better than Burger King.

I still love coming to this place, it's really great!
